The time has come again for residents of Eorzea to celebrate Hatching-Tide. This event in Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn celebrates the banishment of the darkness and flood that devastated the realm. Gather eggs in the Hatching-Tide Event with characters on your FFXIV account and get a chance to win FFXIV items and FFXIV Gil.
Celebrate in Hatching-Tide Event
From April 9 to April 22 players will be able to look for special eggs for the Hatching-Tide event. Players can go to NPC Jihli Aliapoh and other Dreamers in the main city-states to take on quests and turn in their eggs. Be prepared to spend FFXIV Gil however while hunting for the eggs scattered across the land.
FFXIV Gil and item rewards
Hatching-Tide Event participants will receive an Egg Harness for their chocobo as well as various egg-themed accessories. The items will confer bonuses so make sure to get them. Note that all event items cannot be traded for FFXIV Gil, so you’ll have to work hard for your loot.
