The last raid of the Binding Coil of Bahamut line of raids is Turn 5. Here those seeking cheap FFXIV Gil will encounter one of the toughest raid bosses in the game. Fighting Twintania for FFXIV Gil

Final Fantasy XIV Gil hunters will have to defeat Twintania and her adds to clear Turn 5 of the Binding Coil of Bahamut. For the first phase of the fight, your tank should pull the boss, while an off-tank pulls her scourge adds. While the adds are being killed, players must take care not to step in the purple outer zone of the area or suffer instant death. Additionally, the adds will cast Liquid Hell that places an AoE attack under a random player. Twitania will also use Death Sentence. This is often used on the tank and deals a massive amount of damage on top of a healing debuff. Healers should be ready to restore your tank. Alternatively, swap your two tanks. Kill all the adds and get Twitania’s health to around 85% for the second phase.

FFXIV Gil hunters need to face Fireballs

In the second phase of the fight, FFXIV Gil hunters will have to split into two groups of four. The phase starts with Twintania dropping a Neurolink. The two groups should flank the link and ready themselves for the Fireballs and Conflagration. The former is a skill that deals a massive amount of damage that can be split among characters that are close by. This is the reason the party is split into groups of four, the more characters hit, the less damage they receive individually. Note however that this skill is tied to the other.

Conflagrations and FFXIV Gil hunters

Conflagration is another skill the boss will use in the second phase. It will trap a target player and deal damage to it over time. Targeted players need to move to the Neurolink so the conflagration can be removed from them through attacks. If it is not removed in time, they will instantly die. The amount of time they have is dependent on how many character the previous Fireball hits. Note that throughout the phase, Death Sentence is still used so tanks will need to be swapped. At 55% phase 3 begins.

Crystal Tower and Hildibrand Overview

Crystal Tower was the very first raid-like instance in Final Fantasy XIV. Coil of Bahamut was not really raid-like for me way back because it was just like a dungeon but double the number of people inside. Honestly, it was just like the Primal fights but of course,...
