The Lodestone released another teaser for patch 2.2 for Final Fantasy XIV: A Real Reborn. Characters on an FFXIV account have a chance to solve a mysterious case and get FFXIV items and FFXIV Gil while doing so. New Beast Tribe Quests will also be added.

Hildibrand the inspector  makes a comeback to offer his detective services. The last time our beloved detective was seen he was investigating a mysterious dueler.  The latter has been stealing weapons from his victims instead of their FFXIV Gil. Will you be able to help Hildibrand solve this case?

New case for FFXIV Gil and items

Based on previous quests involving Hildibrand, players can expect experience and FFXIV Gil rewards. Expect a lot of running around and talking with various NPCs to complete the quest. Of course, players should be prepared for a potential fight with the mysterious dueler.

Get FFXIV Gil with Kobolds quests

Available to any Disciple of War or Magic at level 41 or higher, Highway Robbery offers characters the chance to work with Kobolds. Players need to make sure they have finished “In Pursuit of the Past” quest so they can take on this questline. The quest will be available from Limsa Lominsa so get your FFXIV Gil fare ready.

FFXIV Gil Rewards from the Sahagin

For those who don’t mind getting the characters on their FFXIV account wet, the Sahagin also have a series of quests ready. Level 44 Disciples of War or Magic can take the “They Came from the Deep” quest from Lower Lominsa. Again, the quest “In Pursuit of the Past” needs to be completed before the quest and its FFXIV Gil rewards can be taken.
