FFXIV Gil from the Ultima Weapon

Those who wish to earn Final Fantasy XIV Gil will face their biggest challenge yet: the Ultima Weapon. Those following the storyline will know that this boss has already absorbed the Primals. As such, the party should be ready to face these attacks.

Of note is Ifrit’s Vulcan Burst that will knock back members too close to the weapon. Tanks are advised to pull the boss towards a wall to avoid being knocked away from the boss. Another skill used by the Ultima weapon is Eye of the Storm. Like from the original Garuda fight, damage can be avoided from this by stacking on the center of the room.

As the boss’ health drops to half, it will use Radiant Plumes. The first pattern it uses attacks the outer part of the room, followed by a burst in the center. Avoid this by heading to the center of the room first, before heading to the edges. The second pattern it will use consists of a line of plumes followed by a plume at each corner of the room. Deal with these and other AoE attacks and you’ll fight the weapon in its true form.

True form versus FFXIV Gil hunters

The next phase of the fight will have your party dodging line attacks from adds summoned by the boss. Additionally, the Ultima Weapon will still have its green laser attack that also fires in a line. Get through all of this until the boss starts casting Ultima. At this point, the party need to destroy the boss before it finishes casting or suffer a wipe and lose cheap FFXIV Gil.

FFXIV Gil from the one behind it all

If you thought you needed to buy FFXIV Gil for gear for the final boss, you thought wrong. Compared to all the bosses you fought to get to the Praetorium and the Ultima Weapon itself, Lahabrea is a cakewalk. The only moderately damaging attack he has is Sea of Pitch which is spawns void zones under players that deal damage over time. Defeat him and pat yourself on the back for finishing the game’s storyline!
