Prison exploration for FFXIV Gil

The Thousand Maws of Toto-Rak used to be a prison. However, after being abandoned magical creatures have taken up residence in its cavernous halls. The dungeon is set up for characters on an FFXIV account that are level 24 to 27. Entry requires players to complete the Into the Beast’s Maw quest. Up to four players can try to complete the dungeon in 90 minutes. Note that characters above level 27 will be level synched down to 27 once they enter the dungeon.

Traps and terminals for FFXIV Gil

To complete the dungeon, players will need to defeat the monstrous boss Graffias. However, to gain access to his room, players will need to open the Abacination Chamber door. This door however requires the activation of two terminals before it opens. The two terminals are the Confession Chamber terminal and the Fool’s Rest terminal.

Activating the terminals is one thing, getting to them is another. The dungeon is filled with trapped archways that can separate the members of the party. Fleshy pods are also scattered about that detonate and damage characters. Finally, each terminal is protected by a mini-boss that can poison players.

Killing Graffias for FFXIV Gil

Once both terminals are active and the Abacination Chamber door is open, the party can then fight Graffias. This huge scorpion has a strong frontal attack and will push characters towards the edges of the room. This must be avoided as explosive fleshy pods await unfortunate victims. At lower health, Graffias will start poisoning the ground and everyone standing on it with his tail. Players can prevent this by destroying his tail. Aside from this addition, the rest of the fight will still be the same until you kill Graffias.
