Taking on Vangob for  FFXIV Gil

The Magitek Vangob G-III is the second boss of the dungeon. Final Fantasy XIV account holders will take on this crazed magitek armor to earn FFXIV Gil and FFXIV items. Throughout the fight, players will need to avoid the boss’ AoE attacks. These come in the form of a pillar attack as well as blue circular puddles of blue ceruleum. These puddles are especially dangerous as they stick around until detonated by the boss. Standing in them also deals damage to players.

Aside from AoE attacks, Vangob G-III will also summon adds. These need to be killed quickly as their health is tied to the boss’ Needle Burst skill. When cast, this ability will deal damage to the entire party. The amount of damage dealt will be dependent on the health of the adds the Magitek armor summoned.

Tank battle for FFXIV Gil

The last boss of the dungeon is Gobmachine G-VI. Final Fantasy XIV Gil hunters will recognize this boss from the early parts of the dungeon. When they finally get to fight it, they should be wary of the bombs it will use throughout the fight. These bombs can be attacked and knocked back to the edge of the room. This needs to be done as they deal a fair amount of damage when they finally detonate.

The boss has an AoE attack that will randomly target a party member, as well as a frontal cone attack. Throughout the fight, Gobmachine G-VI will also summon adds. Kill them, push back the bombs and the boss can be killed fairly quickly.

FFXIV Gil and item rewards

Completing the dungeon will reward players with 25 Allagan Tomestones of Soldiery and 15 Allagan Tomestones of Poetics. The bosses themselves drop items as well as Tomestones. Players can expect to get gear with item level 70 from the mobs and bosses in Brayflox’s Longstop (Hard).

Crystal Tower and Hildibrand Overview

Crystal Tower was the very first raid-like instance in Final Fantasy XIV. Coil of Bahamut was not really raid-like for me way back because it was just like a dungeon but double the number of people inside. Honestly, it was just like the Primal fights but of course,...
