Our earlier guide covered entry details and the first boss of the Keeper of the Lake Dungeon. This dungeon was added by patch 2.5 for Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn. Here in part two of our guide, we’ll show FFXIV Gil hunters how to deal with the rest of the bosses to get items and Final Fantasy XIV Gil.
Making your FFXIV Gil hunter do a fire dance
No, your character won’t be juggling flaming pins, but the Magitek Gunship will surely keep your party on your its toes. Throughout the fight, the second boss of the Keeper of the Lake dungeon in Final Fantasy 14 will mark a random party member with a crosshair. It will then start chasing this character while laying down AoEs that deal fire damage to those standing in it over time. As the fight progresses, the Magitek Gunship will summon adds two at a time. These can be focused down while being careful not to stand in the rings of fire. The boss also uses dash attacks and cone AoEs during the fight. Dance around the fire rings and bring its HP down to clear this boss.
Even more AoEs to avoid for FFXIV Gil
The first thing players will notice when they fight the Midgardsormr is the two dead dragons in the room. Aside from numerous AoE attacks, the boss will revive one of the dead dragons. During this time, the boss will become invulnerable to attacks. The new mini-boss will have its own sets of AoEs and attacks that only need to be avoided. The party needs to lure this dragon away from the boss however as it takes less damage the closer it is to Midgardsormr. Killing this dragon will decrease the boss’ life. After a while, the second dragon will be revived while Midgardsormr becomes invulnerable again. Fight this new dragon closer to the boss to reduce its defenses. When both dragons are down, the boss will have a little health left and the party can finish it off. Players can then get cheap FFXIV Gil and items than can be sold to those who buy FFXIV Gil.
Shields and FFXIV Gil
Throughout the fight a single add will spawn with a Field Generator. Make sure to kill this mob and use the generator. This is critical as Midgardsormr will cast an AoE that will instantly kill all characters not close to the generator. This will happen once for each revived dragon.
