With the additional wards, players can now purchase plots as individual players. Characters that either lead or are members of a free company can now buy a piece of land for themselves. Only characters with a class at level 50 can obtain land however. They must also be a second lieutenant or higher in any of the Grand Companies.

Plots can be purchased by simply interactive with the placards that can be found in the residential districts. Note that while players can now buy plots as individuals, the option to buy a plot for their free company is still there.
