There is one common problem that every MMORPG share, providing sufficient inventory space. I don’t know why in the world that these game developers cannot provide sufficient inventory space in their game. Maybe they are having fun in their offices seeing complaints from players that the inventory space in the game is not enough. Is there a programming limitation as to why they cannot provide a bigger inventory? If so, I will understand but as long as they don’t explain as to why there is always

If so, I will understand but as long as they don’t explain as to why there is always a scarcity of space in an MMORPG, I would like to still think this is all crap.
FF14 Gil: Inventory Problems
Like any other MMORPGs out there, Final Fantasy XIV also has inventory space problem. I admit, Final Fantasy XIV is more generous in inventory space but as the game ages, more and more items become valuable and we cannot just discard them or sell them. Not to mention, we would like to keep armors for future purposes of using them in our fashion sets. So yeah, as much as I want to praise FFXIV for being more generous than a usual MMORPG, the inventory space is still insufficient.

Buy FF14 Gil: From A Player
A player voiced out his opinion in Reddit regarding inventory space in FFXIV:
For a while, and I’m sure we can all agree – A realm reborn has been gnawing at a lot of us with it’s restricted inventory space. If you want to craft, glamor nice armor sets, grind raw materials, collect quest rewards and carry out more of the many Inventory-prone pursuits, you’ve come across a giant hole in the limited space.

I know that we can buy more than one retainer, and I know they act as inventory – but isn’t there a more simple solution? What if FF14 just implemented a system like GW2, where Armor skins are saved to a personal ‘database’ and the Prisms were all we had to have on us physically after a piece was ‘scribed’?

I’m inclined to think this would be a good move, and I wanted to hear what the community thinks about a system like this. I know many Roleplayers would also benefit from such a thing!
Too Many Items, Too Little Space!
So yeah, including the mats for crafting to the other important stuff that we cannot discard for valuable reasons, FFXIV need to consider increasing the inventory space of a player in the game.
Do you agree that you cannot buy items with your FF14 Gil because you run out of inventory space? Let us know and hopefully Square will be notified about this and do something about it.
